The Role

• Lead the day-to-day kitchen operation.
• Deliver exceptional lunch service.
• Take ownership of all hot food production.
• Lead premium hospitality and evening events.
• Produce high-quality canapés, bowl food and fork buffets.
• Manage food costs, ordering and stock control.
• Maintain exceptional food quality and food safety standards.
• Lead and develop a small kitchen team.

About You

• Head Chef experience within Contract Catering or Business & Industry.
• Strong fresh food background.
• Hospitality and events experience.
• Comfortable leading premium corporate catering.
• Passion for food quality and presentation.
• Level 3 Food Safety (essential).
• A hands-on leader with excellent organisational skills.
• Reliable, consistent and committed to long-term roles.
