The school is looking to appoint an English Teacher on either a day-to-day or long-term basis from September. The successful English Teacher will teach English across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, with the opportunity to cover other Humanities lessons when required, delivering engaging and inspiring lessons that promote excellent progress and behaviour.

The successful English Teacher will have:

• QTS with an English specialism (ECTs are welcome to apply)

• Experience teaching English across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4

• The confidence to deliver other Humanities subjects when required

• Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• A positive and adaptable approach to teaching
