PRODUCTION OPERATIVE REQUIRED IN TELFORD (SHROPSHIRE)

As a Production Operative, you'll be involved in transforming panel vans and cars into finished vehicles that meet exact customer specifications, strict quality standards, and delivery deadlines. Based in the Stafford Park area of Telford. This role offers a starting pay rate of £13.00 per hour, rising to £13.50 per hour once fully trained. Working hours are 7:30am–4:30pm Monday to Thursday and 6:00am–12:00pm on Friday, giving a 39-hour working week.

What You Will Do:

• Follow fitting instructions precisely to complete vehicle conversions, including panel vans, cars and 4x4s as part of a dedicated team.
• Use a range of hand tools and apply mechanical assembly know-how to produce consistent, reliable work.
• Ensure every stage of work meets required specification, quality checks, and delivery timeframes.
• Work safely and take care with tools, equipment and vehicle components at all times.
• Maintain strong time management to support smooth production flow across each shift.
• Stay flexible in a Production Operative role, stepping in to support other fitting tasks when required.

• Experience of vehicle conversions is a strong advantage, alongside mechanical assembly ability.
