Bendi/Counterbalance FLT Driver

Location: Redditch
Pay Rate: £14.46 per hour
Working Days: Sunday - Wednesday
Hours: 8:00am - 6:30pm
Schedule: 4-Day Working Week | 40 Hours | Weekly Pay

We are currently seeking an experienced Bendi/Counterbalance FLT Driver to join a busy warehouse team based in Redditch. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a full-time position offering a fantastic work-life balance, working just four days per week.

The Role

As a Bendi/Counterbalance FLT Driver, your key responsibilities will include:

• Operating both Bendi (Flexi) and Counterbalance forklift trucks safely and efficiently.
• Loading and unloading vehicles.
• Moving stock around the warehouse.
• Picking, putting away and replenishing stock.
• Ensuring all stock movements are completed accurately.
• Carrying out daily vehicle checks.
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment.
• Assisting with general warehouse duties as required.

Person Specification

The successful candidate will have:

• A valid Bendi (Flexi) FLT licence.
• A valid Counterbalance FLT licence.
• Previous experience operating both truck types.
• A strong awareness of health and safety regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• A reliable and hardworking approach.
• The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
