The role:

• Brand and marketing strategy across multiple iconic venues and concepts
• Audience growth and ticket sales performance
• Paid media, CRM, and full-funnel digital marketing
• Content, creative direction, and campaign development
• Leadership across a portfolio of high-profile brands and live spaces

Experience:

• Proven experience in music, nightlife, festivals, entertainment, or live events
• Strong strategic mindset with a hands on approach
• Ability to balance brand building with commercial performance
• Experience leading multi-channel marketing campaigns
