Job Title: Sales Manager – Exhibitions & Events
Salary: Up to £50,000 + Commission
Location: London

We are recruiting a Sales Manager to drive exhibitor growth, retention, and revenue across a leading international exhibition portfolio. This is a commercially focused B2B sales role managing high-value accounts while developing new business opportunities within a fast-paced global events environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value exhibitor accounts
  • Drive new business generation and exceed revenue targets
  • Build strong relationships with clients, agents, trade associations, and stakeholders
  • Develop tailored partnership and exhibition proposals
  • Identify and convert new commercial opportunities into long-term business
  • Work closely with marketing, content, and operational teams
  • Attend events onsite to manage client relationships and ensure successful delivery
  • Keep up to date with market trends and industry developments
  • Maintain accurate reporting and CRM management

The Ideal Candidate

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in B2B exhibition or conference sales
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong new business, lead generation, and account management skills
  • Experience working with CRM systems and sales reporting
  • Commercially driven, proactive, and highly organised
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience within the energy sector advantageous but not essential
