Salary:
€25,000 - €30,000/annum + bonus
We are seeking a commercially minded and proactive hospitality professional to support business growth within the corporate, meetings, events, and group travel segments across a luxury hospitality portfolio in Europe.
• Manage and respond to group, meetings, and event enquiries in a timely and professional manner • Negotiate, convert, and contract group business while maximizing revenue opportunities • Identify and develop new business opportunities aligned with commercial objectives and sales targets • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies, and external partners • Maintain accurate account and activity records within internal systems and CRM platforms • Coordinate closely with operational teams to ensure smooth transition from sales to execution • Support overall commercial performance through strong conversion management and account development • Commercially driven with strong communication and negotiation skills • Proactive, organized, and able to work independently • Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities • Positive and solutions-focused approach • Previous experience in hospitality sales, group coordination, or meetings & events is advantageous • Familiarity with hotel systems and event platforms is preferred • Fluent English required; additional European languages are a plus • Ability to work in an international and fast-paced environment |
