A premier mountain resort in Jackson, WY is looking for a Banquet Manager to lead the on-the-ground delivery of high-end events in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll take ownership of event execution, making sure everything runs smoothly from setup through to final guest experience, working closely with culinary, sales, and operations teams.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the delivery and execution of all banquet and catering events on site
• Manage and motivate front-of-house teams during live service
• Act as the main on-the-day contact for clients and guests
• Coordinate closely with kitchen and planning teams to ensure seamless delivery
• Oversee setup, service, and breakdown of all event spaces

• Experience in banquets, events, or high-volume hospitality operations
• Confident leading teams in a busy, guest-facing environment
• Calm under pressure and able to manage multiple priorities
• Strong communicator who builds trust with teams and clients
• Hands-on approach and happy to be actively involved in service and execution
