Are you a passionate and energetic Occupational Therapist looking for a role where you can genuinely change lives every day?

We are recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded SEN school in Central East London that is known for its exceptional pupil support, welcoming culture, and inspiring leadership team. This is not your average school environment — it’s a place filled with positivity, creativity, and purpose, where every member of staff is valued and every child is encouraged to thrive.

The school is seeking a confident and compassionate Occupational Therapist with a bubbly, approachable personality who can build strong connections with pupils, families, and colleagues alike. You’ll be joining a collaborative multidisciplinary team that truly believes in supporting one another and celebrating progress, no matter how big or small.

This opportunity would suit an ambitious Occupational Therapist who enjoys working in a fast-paced, rewarding SEN environment and wants to be part of a school making a real impact across the local community.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Delivering high-quality assessments and tailored interventions for pupils with additional needs
  • Supporting children with sensory processing, motor skills, emotional regulation, and functional independence
  • Working closely with teachers, support staff, and families to create meaningful outcomes
  • Contributing to EHCP targets and therapy planning
  • Helping pupils build confidence, independence, and everyday life skills

What We’re Looking For

  • HCPC Registered with a valid PIN
  • Minimum 1 years’ experience working as an Occupational Therapist
  • Right to work in the UK
  • A warm, engaging, and proactive approach
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Passion for SEN and making a long-term difference to young people

Why This Role Stands Out

  • Competitive salary of £45,000 – £53,000
  • Band 6 / Band 7 level opportunity
  • Supportive and forward-thinking leadership team
  • Excellent CPD and career progression opportunities
  • Positive school culture with genuine staff wellbeing focus
  • Opportunity to work within a respected and high-achieving SEN setting

If you’re an enthusiastic Occupational Therapist ready to take the next step in your career and join a school where your work will truly matter, we’d love to hear from you.
