- Reporting directly to the Group Managing Director and working closely with the Board and Executive team, you will take ownership of the global legal and governance agenda.
- Act as a senior legal advisor to the Board and Executive team, supporting strategic and commercial decision-making
- Provide legal oversight on international expansion, including new openings, partnerships, and corporate structuring
- Advise on joint ventures, leases, investment structures, and other key commercial arrangements
