Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Procurement to lead sourcing and supply chain operations for a dynamic hospitality-driven organization based in Montego Bay, Jamaica. This is a senior leadership role ideal for a procurement professional with deep Food & Beverage (F&B) expertise and a strong background in multi-unit restaurant groups or hotel environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute procurement strategies across all F&B categories, including food, beverage, packaging, and operational supplies
• Build, manage, and optimize supplier relationships locally and internationally
• Drive cost savings initiatives while maintaining quality and consistency standards
• Oversee inventory management, forecasting, and demand planning processes
• Collaborate closely with culinary, operations, and finance teams to align procurement with business goals
• Ensure compliance with company policies, contract terms, and regulatory requirements
• Develop and mentor a high-performing procurement team

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior procurement leadership role
• Strong background in Food & Beverage procurement (non-negotiable)
• Experience within restaurant groups or hotel/resort environments highly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex supply chains and vendor networks
• Strategic mindset with strong commercial and negotiation skills
• Experience working in international or island markets is an asset
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
