The Role – Graduate Science Trainee Teacher

As a Graduate Science Trainee Teacher, you will:

• Deliver Science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with potential exposure to Key Stage 5.
• Receive structured, hands-on support from experienced mentors.
• Take part in weekly professional development sessions focused on pedagogy and classroom management.
• Support practical experiments and lab-based learning activities.
• Gradually take on full teaching responsibilities, preparing you to achieve QTS within one academic year.
