A fantastic primary school in Formby is looking for an exceptional Teaching Assistant to deliver dedicated 1:1 support.

• Experienced professionals with a strong SEN background
• Candidates from social care with substantial experience supporting children

You must be:

 The Role

• Provide consistent 1:1 support to a primary pupil
• Support learning, emotional regulation & confidence
• Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO
• Deliver tailored strategies and structured interventions
• Help create a safe, positive and engaging classroom environment
