Therapeutic Education Practitioner Location: London Are you an experienced behaviour mentor, youth worker, social care professional or education practitioner looking to make a genuine impact on the lives of vulnerable young people? KPI Education are working in partnership with a specialist East London outreach provision to appoint a dedicated Therapeutic Education Practitioner (TEP) to support pupils with complex Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. This is a highly rewarding permanent opportunity for a resilient and compassionate professional who thrives when working holistically with pupils both in education settings and within the community. About the Role As a Therapeutic Education Practitioner, you will support pupils in achieving their Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) targets and social care objectives through direct educational and therapeutic work within the community.
