Join a warm, welcoming, joy-filled primary school looking for a Graduate Learning Support Assistant to make a difference. This role is perfect for graduates considering careers in teaching, educational psychology, speech & language therapy, child development, or SEN specialisms.

You’ll be working closely with pupils who need a little extra sparkle in their day — supporting learning, building confidence, and celebrating every tiny triumph (because every step forward matters).

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting children with additional learning needs (1:1 and small groups)
  • Helping adapt classroom activities to make learning accessible and fun
  • Encouraging independence, confidence, and emotional wellbeing
  • Working alongside passionate teachers and SEN professionals
  • Being a steady, positive presence in a child’s school journey

Some days will be beautifully busy. Some moments will melt your heart. Every day will matter.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Have a degree in any subject preferably psychology/ sociology ect (Desirable not essential)
  • Have experience supporting children or young people (school, care, voluntary, coaching, tutoring — we value it all!)
  • Are patient, empathetic, and resilient
  • Can bring creativity, warmth, and enthusiasm into the classroom
  • Want hands-on experience in a supportive primary environment
