Business Development Manager (BDM) Full Time: | 40 hours per week | Monday–Friday, 08:30–17:30 Location: Remote – Territory Based, with travel to client sites. Must Live in Milton Keynes. Salary: From 35k to Dependent on Experience + BONUS + Car Allowance
About the Role Reporting to the Project Lead, the Business Development Manager is a client-facing role that sits at the heart of KPI Recruiting’s growth strategy. This is a fast-paced, sales-driven position offering genuine autonomy to build your own network, develop a strong sales pipeline, and establish KPI Recruiting’s presence within your dedicated territory. You’ll be responsible for opening a new area for the business, identifying opportunities, winning new clients, and building long-term partnerships. Working closely with our Central Hub, you’ll ensure new business wins are transitioned smoothly and professionally from acquisition through to delivery.
