An established, multi-market franchised QSR company operating across the Caribbean is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) as part of a confidential executive search.

This appointment represents a pivotal leadership opportunity for a seasoned QSR executive to assume full responsibility for the operational, financial, and strategic performance of a regional business with significant brand presence and long-term growth potential.

The Opportunity

Reporting directly to the Principals and Board, the CEO will take full ownership of day-to-day leadership, enabling shareholders to step back from operational involvement. The mandate includes strengthening execution, improving consistency across markets, and positioning the business for sustainable growth.

The role requires a highly capable, hands-on leader with deep experience in franchised QSR environments, multi-market operations, and complex supply chains.

Key Accountabilities

• Full executive leadership across all operating markets

• Development and execution of a clear operational improvement and growth strategy

• Oversight of regional operations, supply chain, franchising, and finance

• Leadership of financial planning, capital allocation, and performance management

• Strengthening franchisee and strategic partner relationships

• Building leadership capability, training frameworks, and organisational discipline

• Ensuring a consistently high-quality customer and brand experience

Candidate Profile

• Extensive senior leadership experience within QSR or franchised food & beverage businesses

• Proven track record in multi-site and multi-market operations

• Strong financial, operational, and commercial acumen

• Experience leading operational improvement, turnaround, or performance uplift initiatives

• Confident decision-maker with a hands-on, execution-focused leadership style

• Strong people leader with the ability to build trust across diverse cultures and markets

Compensation & Location

• Senior executive compensation package – negotiable with experience

• Relocation support available

• Role based in the Caribbean with regular regional travel
