Internal Sales Executive – Construction

Nantwich outskirts | £28,000–£50,000 DOE
Monday to Friday | Full‑time

We’re looking for a friendly, motivated Internal Sales Executive to join a well‑established construction supplier on the outskirts of Nantwich. If you enjoy speaking to customers, building relationships and being part of a supportive team, this could be a great next step.

What You’ll Do

• Handle incoming calls, emails and online enquiries
• Prepare quotes and follow up with customers
• Build strong relationships to encourage repeat business
• Confidently close sales and work towards achievable monthly targets
• Process orders, update CRM/SAGE and coordinate deliveries
• Support customers collecting goods on site
• Work closely with the team and join weekly sales catch‑ups

What We’re Looking For

• Previous sales experience (construction or trade background a bonus)
• Confident, proactive and happy speaking with customers
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
• Able to work accurately in a busy, fast‑paced environment
• Comfortable using Word, Excel and CRM systems
