The Role:

As a Graduate Pastoral Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with students on a small-group and one-to-one basis, supporting pupils with EHCPs and additional needs, including:

• ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder)
• SEMH (Social, Emotional & Mental Health needs)
• SAL (Speech & Language difficulties)
• Physical disabilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored academic and pastoral support to students
• Support behaviour regulation and emotional well-being
• Assist pupils in accessing the curriculum effectively
• Work alongside SENCOs, pastoral leads, and external professionals
• Build positive, trusting relationships with students
