Sales Negotiator Role: As a Sales Negotiator, you will play a key role in the sales process, providing excellent customer service and expert advice to both buyers and sellers. This role requires someone who is passionate about estate agency, proactive, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Sales Negotiator Key Responsibilities:
Managing a portfolio of properties and ensuring they are marketed effectively.
Conducting property viewings with prospective buyers.
Negotiating offers and closing deals to meet sales targets.
Maintaining excellent relationships with clients to deliver a positive customer experience.
Staying updated with property market trends and local area knowledge.
What They Are Looking For:
Essential:
Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Desirable:
Previous experience in an estate agency role.
A valid UK driving licence.
