Product Manager: Hybrid, Oxford (2 days per week in the office) plus excellent salary & benefits

Inspired are delighted to be partnering with a prestigious global education organisation that is transforming the landscape of English language testing. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and commercially minded Product Manager to take the lead on a major English language assessment product, driving its development, strategy and growth in an evolving digital market.

In this role, you will oversee the full product lifecycle, shaping the product vision, roadmap and enhancement pipeline. You will analyse market and customer insights to identify opportunities, set clear priorities and collaborate closely with digital, technology and marketing colleagues to deliver impactful improvements. Your goal will be to ensure the product continues to meet learner and institutional needs while achieving commercial success.

We are looking for someone with proven experience in product management, ideally gained in education, edtech or digital assessment. Strong commercial awareness, a data-informed approach and excellent stakeholder management skills are essential, along with a passion for innovation and delivering high-quality products.
