Central Production Manager – Fast-Growing Grab & Go Brand | London | up to £70,000 + benefits

A fast-paced, premium food-to-go business with around 20 thriving locations across London is looking for an experienced Central Production Manager to lead its evolving production operations.

This is an exciting time to join a brand with ambitious growth plans, moving beyond its current network of stores into supermarket and grocery retail channels. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the next phase of the business, ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance at scale.

The Role

• Oversee and optimise all aspects of the central production unit (CPU), ensuring consistent product quality, food safety, and operational efficiency.
• Lead a skilled production team, embedding strong processes, accountability, and a culture of continuous improvement.
• Manage relationships across the supply chain, working closely with operations, NPD, and logistics.
• Ensure full BRC compliance and readiness for external audits.
• Support the transition from in-store production to large-scale manufacturing suitable for retail and grocery supply.
• Implement systems to manage volume growth while maintaining craft and brand integrity.

About You

• Proven experience in central production or food manufacturing, ideally within a branded, multi-site, or grab-and-go environment.
• Strong understanding of BRC standards, HACCP, and food safety systems.
• A natural leader with excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Commercially aware with the ability to balance quality, cost, and scalability.
• Hands-on, practical, and comfortable working in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial business.
