Recruit4Staff are proud to be representing their client, a well established engineering company, in their search for an experienced CNC Miller to join their facility based in Crewe.

What our Client is offering the successful CNC Miller :

• Up to £19 per hour PAYE
• Monday to Friday, 8am till 4:30pm
• Permanent role
• 26 days holiday + bank holidays (raising to a maximum of 31 days + BH with service)
• Pension
• Overtime available
• Onsite parking 

The Role - CNC Miller :

• Products are machined from material types including ferrous, non-ferrous, stainless steel, plastics and composites.
• The miller is required to programme and set up the machines to produce parts to the tolerances specified on customer drawings, in the most efficient manner.
• Programming the milling machines, both manually and using customer supplied files.
• Setting up the milling machines for most efficient production of the batch size required.
• Selection of the correct material type and grade from stores, maintaining traceability.
• Machining first-off samples for inspection.
• Operating several machines at the same time, if component run times permit.

What we are looking for in a CNC Miller:

• Previous experience working with CNC Milling machines ESSENTIAL
• Experience of working in an engineering machining environment for a minimum of 3 years. ESSENTIAL 
• Experience of programming Fanuc controls ESSENTIAL
• Experience working with 4^th/5^th axis experience BENIFICAL 
• Experience of working with a variety of material types. ESSENTIAL
