Bluegate have an urgent requirement for a Customer Support Administrator based near Halifax in West Yorkshire.

You will be working for a company who is an industry leader in the field on broadcasting equipment and helping to support their global customer base.

As a Customer Support Administrator, based near Halifax in West Yorkshire, you will be processing orders, arranging repairs, supporting the loans team and ensuring compliance with import and export procedures.

Key experiences and skills - Customer Support Administrator

- You must be an experienced in Administration and Customer Services / Support
- You will have excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word / Excel ect)
- Ideally have experience of using an ERM, MRP, CRM or database software
- You will have a flexible approach to take on other reasonable tasks when required
