We are currently recruiting HLTA’s in the Stafford area, we are experiencing high demand from our schools in the run up to summer and are currently struggling to fill vacancies for daily and long term cover.

We are looking for people who will be able to lead the class in the teacher’s absence or as support for the teacher.  Ideally you will have experience working in both Key Stages, although your assignment will probably be based in one it is quite often the case in schools that things change quite quickly.

You will need to be confident, caring and able to adapt to any changes that may come your way.  You will need to have the relevant qualifications, have worked in schools in the last two years, be able to provide references and have a DBS on the update service or be prepared to get one.
