Looking for ongoing work, great pay and the opportunity to secure regular hours into 2027?

We're looking for Forklift Drivers to join a busy warehouse team in Crick. Working for a global logistics provider, you'll help keep products moving safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse operation.

This is a full-time role with a choice of rotating day shifts or fixed night shifts, giving you flexibility to find a pattern that works for you.

Whether you're an experienced Flexi/Bendi Driver or have previous FLT or Counterbalance experience, we'd love to hear from you. Full training is provided for colleagues looking to transition onto Flexi/Bendi trucks.

Pay Rates
Days
- £14.63 per hour
- Overtime £18.29 per hour
Nights
- £16.83 per hour
- Overtime £21.04 per hour

Shift Patterns
This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday, the hours of work are:
- Days - Rotating 6am to 2pm & 2pm to 10pm on weekly basis
- Nights - Fixed 10pm to 6am
Potential overtime available on Saturdays.

What You'll Be Doing
- Operating a Flexi/Bendi forklift truck to move stock safely around the warehouse
- Supporting general warehouse activities once forklift tasks are completed
- Assisting with unloading containers when required, depending on workload
- Working as part of a team to keep products moving efficiently through the warehouse

What We're Looking For
You'll fit right in if you:
- Have previous forklift truck experience
- Enjoy working as part of a team but are also comfortable working independently
- Have a flexible approach and are happy to support a variety of warehouse tasks
- Are willing to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities

You'll also need:
- Previous experience operating MHE
- Experience in a similar warehouse or logistics role

If you already hold an FLT or Counterbalance licence, full in-house training can be provided to operate a Flexi/Bendi truck.
