Regional Support Manager – Scotland

Salary: £66,000 per annum + Car Allowance

As Regional Support Manager, you'll provide experienced operational leadership to care homes across Scotland, supporting Home Managers, strengthening performance and ensuring residents receive safe, high-quality, person-centred care.

About the role

This is a senior operational role supporting care homes through periods of leadership transition, service improvement, regulatory intervention and operational change.

Working closely with Home Managers, Regional Directors and central support teams, you'll identify priorities, implement improvement plans and drive better outcomes across quality, compliance, workforce and financial performance.

You'll support regulatory compliance, safeguard resident wellbeing, improve occupancy and help ensure homes operate effectively. You'll also coach and mentor leadership teams, strengthen operational capability and embed sustainable improvements that support each home's long-term success.

What you'll bring

• Significant experience as a Home Manager or senior operational leader within adult social care.
• A proven track record of improving care quality, compliance and operational performance.
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding and relevant regulatory requirements, including the Care Inspectorate in Scotland.
• Experience managing budgets, occupancy and workforce performance.
• Excellent leadership, coaching and communication skills.
• Relevant leadership or management qualifications, or a willingness to achieve these.
• A full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel across Scotland.
