Location: Oldbury Wells

Salary: £100 - £120 per day

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a welcoming and inclusive secondary school based in Oldbury Wells, who are looking for confident, enthusiastic and reliable Cover Supervisors. The school offers a supportive learning environment where staff work together to maintain high expectations for behaviour, engagement and pupil progress.

We are looking for Cover Supervisors for temporary part-time and full-time roles with an ASAP start, offering flexibility around your availability. As a Cover Supervisor, you will supervise classes during teacher absence, deliver pre-prepared work across a range of subjects, manage classroom behaviour and ensure pupils across Key Stage 3 / KS3 and Key Stage 4 / KS4 remain focused and supported throughout their lessons.

The successful Cover Supervisor will have:

• Previous experience working with secondary-aged pupils or young people is desirable
• Confidence supervising classes across Key Stage 3 / KS3 and Key Stage 4 / KS4
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• The ability to confidently follow lesson plans and instructions left by teaching staff
• A proactive, reliable and adaptable approach with a genuine interest in supporting young people's education
