The Role

A luxury resort is seeking an experienced Beach Club Manager to oversee daily pool and beach operations, ensuring exceptional guest service, strong team performance, and commercial results.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all pool and beach club operations, ensuring consistently high service standards.
• Manage, train, coach, and motivate the beach club team, including supervisors and front-line staff.
• Create a personalised guest experience, anticipating needs and driving high satisfaction scores.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, payroll, inventory, and operational procedures.
• Support revenue generation, cost control, budgeting, and overall financial performance.
• Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, presentation, health, safety, and food handling.
• Develop and enhance beach and pool offerings in line with luxury hospitality standards.
• Work closely with Food & Beverage and other departments to ensure seamless resort operations.
• Lead daily briefings, training, performance management, and team development.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a similar management position, preferably within luxury hospitality.
• Strong Food & Beverage and guest service experience.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, cost control, scheduling, and operational standards.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Hospitality or Food & Beverage qualification preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Comfortable working in an outdoor, resort environment and managing a hands-on operation.
