Are you passionate about early years education and helping little learners thrive in their first steps of development? A fantastic opportunity has become available for a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated EYFS Practitioner to join an exceptional Pre-School in Selly Oak.

Having worked closely with this wonderful setting for the past 5 years, we’re proud to support their staffing needs—and they are now looking for a new team member to join their nurturing environment.

🧸 About the Role

This is a full-time EYFS Practitioner position, working within the nursery’s 2-Year-Old Room.

🕘 Monday – Friday | 8:45am – 3:15pm

In this rewarding role, you will:
✨ Support children’s learning, development, and daily routines
✨ Take responsibility for your own group of key children
✨ Create fun, engaging, and age-appropriate activities
✨ Build strong relationships with children, staff, and parents

💼 There is also the opportunity for this role to become permanent for the right candidate.

✅ What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who brings both experience and heart:

✔️ At least 6 months’ EYFS experience
🎓 A Level 2 or 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years (or above)
💡 Strong initiative and a proactive approach
💖 A kind, patient, and caring nature
🌈 A genuine passion for making a difference in children’s lives
💪 A positive attitude and strong work ethic
