The school provides a supportive mainstream learning environment and is looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable practitioner who can positively support students throughout their education.

The school is looking to take on a Secondary Teaching Assistant for short-term day-to-day cover. The successful Secondary Teaching Assistant will support students across KS3 and KS4, assisting with learning across a range of different subjects and working alongside class teachers to help students remain engaged and make progress.

The successful Secondary Teaching Assistant will have:

• A relevant Teaching Assistant qualification is desired but not essential
• Experience supporting students across KS3 or KS4
• Experience supporting learning across a range of subjects
• Good classroom management skills
• Strong communication skills
• A patient, enthusiastic and adaptable approach
