Vice President of Marketing – US

We’re working with a growing international hospitality group that is expanding its presence across the US.

They’re looking for a Vice President of Marketing to take the lead on the US marketing strategy and help build the next stage of the business. This is a senior role, but they’re looking for someone who is still very hands-on — someone who can set the direction, but also get stuck into the detail and make things happen.

You’ll work closely with senior leadership across branding, digital, social, PR, partnerships, guest engagement and new openings.

About You

• Senior marketing experience within hospitality, restaurants, lifestyle, luxury or a similar consumer-facing business
• Experience working across multiple brands, concepts or locations
• Strong understanding of the US market, ideally with Florida or Miami experience
• Commercially minded and able to connect marketing activity back to revenue and guest growth
• Creative, ideas-driven and plugged into current hospitality and consumer trends
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Strong leader who can build and develop a team as the business grows
• Happy being both strategic and hands-on

What You’ll Do

• Lead the overall US marketing strategy across the portfolio
• Build awareness, guest engagement, reservations and revenue across the brands
• Lead marketing plans for new openings and future US growth
• Oversee digital, social, content, PR, partnerships and local marketing
• Work with external agencies, creative partners and internal teams
• Build strong relationships across the business and make sure marketing supports the wider commercial goals
• Set KPIs, manage budgets and track what’s actually working
• Build and develop the US marketing team as the business continues to grow
• Bring new ideas, partnerships and opportunities to the table
