TeacherActive is working with a specialist day and residential school in Oxford dedicated to supporting children with autism. The setting provides a safe, nurturing and supportive environment where pupils are encouraged to thrive and reach their full potential.

The school is looking for a full-time, permanent Housekeeper/Domestic Assistant to maintain cleanliness and order across the school premises, ensuring a hygienic and welcoming environment for pupils and staff. Previous housekeeping experience is not required as full training will be provided, but applicants must be reliable, willing to learn and have access to a car for work purposes.

The successful Housekeeper/Domestic Assistant will have:

• GCSE level education or equivalent
• Access to a car for work purposes
• The ability to follow instructions carefully with good attention to detail
• A willingness to learn new cleaning and housekeeping tasks
• A reliable, punctual and flexible approach to work
• A caring and respectful attitude when working around children with additional needs

In return for the above you can expect to receive:

• £26,016 per annum
• NEST pension
• 5.6 weeks annual leave
• Free meal while on shift
• Full training provided
