Maths Graduate – Learning Support Assistant

Salary: £25,000 – £27,000 per year
Working Pattern: Monday–Friday, Full-time

Are you a Maths Graduate looking to build valuable experience within a secondary school environment?

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Maths Graduate to join a welcoming secondary school in Leamington Spa as a Learning Support Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity to use your subject knowledge to make a genuine difference to students while developing your experience within education.

You will work alongside teaching staff to provide targeted support to students in Maths, helping pupils overcome barriers to learning and develop greater confidence in the subject. The role will involve supporting students both 1:1 and in small groups, as well as assisting within the classroom.

This would be a fantastic opportunity for a graduate considering a future career in teaching, education or learning support, offering hands-on experience within a secondary school and the opportunity to learn from experienced education professionals.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A degree in Maths or a closely related subject
• Strong Maths subject knowledge
• Confidence working with secondary-aged students
