Senior Finance Manager – Europe

We’re working with a fast-growing, international hospitality group seeking a Senior Finance Manager to oversee financial performance across its European portfolio.

Based in London and reporting to the Group CFO, this is a hands-on, commercial finance role partnering closely with restaurant operations and senior leadership.

Please note: candidates must have previous European or international finance experience to be considered for this role.

Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing financial performance across multiple European sites and entities
• Leading budgeting, forecasting and financial planning
• Driving cost control across food, labour and overheads
• Reporting and analysing key operational KPIs, including COGS, labour and EBITDA
• Supporting new openings, renovations and other commercial projects
• Strengthening financial processes, controls and systems
• Acting as a key finance partner to operational teams across Europe

We’re looking for:

• 4–5+ years’ experience in finance, accounting or financial controlling
• Experience within hospitality, restaurants or retail
• European or international finance experience – essential
• Strong operational finance and cost-control experience
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong commercial and analytical mindset
• Excellent communication skills
