Area Sales Manager - Lifestyle Hotel Brand - Dublin, Ireland

We’re looking for an ambitious, commercially driven Area Sales Manager to join a fast-growing lifestyle hotel brand and take ownership of our sales activity across Dublin and the wider Irish market. This is a fantastic opportunity for a relationship-led sales professional who knows the Dublin market, loves the hospitality industry, and thrives on turning connections into commercial results.

As Area Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving revenue and building market share across the corporate, leisure, MICE and agency segments. You’ll be out in the market, developing new business, nurturing key accounts and making sure our hotels are front of mind with the right clients and partners.

Responsibilities:

• Own and grow the Dublin sales territory, identifying new business opportunities and developing existing accounts.
• Build strong relationships with corporate clients, agencies, travel partners, DMCs, event organisers and key industry contacts.
• Develop and manage a high-value sales pipeline, converting opportunities into measurable revenue.
• Represent the brand at client meetings, networking events, trade shows and industry functions.
• Create and deliver account plans for key local and regional accounts.
• Work collaboratively with Revenue, Marketing and hotel teams to maximise commercial opportunities.
• Monitor market activity and competitor performance, using insights to identify opportunities and stay ahead of trends.
• Organise client events, site inspections, fam trips and sales initiatives that bring the brand to life.
• Consistently deliver against agreed sales and revenue targets.
• Be an enthusiastic ambassador for the brand, bringing its personality and values into every client interaction.

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience within hotels, hospitality, travel or a related industry.
• Strong knowledge of the Dublin corporate and leisure market.
• An established network of local and regional business contacts.
• A track record of winning new business and growing existing accounts.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• A proactive, entrepreneurial approach, you’ll be someone who sees an opportunity and goes after it.
• Strong commercial awareness and the ability to understand what drives revenue.
• The confidence and personality to build relationships at every level.
• Excellent organisation and time-management skills.
