INDUSTRIAL CLEANER – READING (ALDERMASTON WHARF)

People Solutions are currently recruiting for an Industrial Cleaner – Reading (Aldermaston Wharf) to join our well-established client based in Reading (Aldermaston Wharf).

This is a fantastic opportunity offering Monday to Friday daytime working, an immediate start and a temp-to-perm opportunity for the right candidate.

MONDAY TO FRIDAY | DAYTIME HOURS | IMMEDIATE START | TEMP-TO-PERM OPPORTUNITY | FREE PARKING

This role would suit candidates with experience as an Industrial Cleaner, Yard Cleaner, Jet Washer, Yard Worker, Yard Labourer, Cleaning Operative or Logistics Yard Operative.

Shifts

 • Monday to Friday
 • 07:30 to 16:30

Rates of Pay

 • £12.71 per hour – RATE MUST BE VERIFIED BEFORE POSTING

Day-to-Day Duties

As an Industrial Cleaner, your duties will include:

 • Jet washing
 • Cleaning down units
 • Carrying out detailed cleaning
 • Cleaning toilets and welfare areas
 • Moving stock around the yard
 • Helping to maintain a clean, safe and orderly working environment
 • Following all site health and safety procedures

Essential Skills

 • Clear understanding of health and safety standards and procedures
 • Excellent organisational and time management skills
 • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
 • Good attention to detail
 • Punctual and reliable
 • Comfortable carrying out industrial cleaning duties, including cleaning toilets
 • Comfortable working within an outdoor yard environment where required

Desirable Experience

 • Previous industrial cleaning experience
 • Previous experience working within a yard or labouring environment
 • Previous experience using jet-washing equipment

Training Provided

 • Industry-related training and ongoing support throughout your assignment
