Based across two established small animal practices near King's Lynn, you'll lead a supportive team, shape the future of the practices and enjoy the autonomy to make key clinical and business decisions—all while being backed by an experienced veterinary support network.

The practices are well equipped with digital X-ray, an in-house laboratory, dental facilities, multiple consult rooms and dedicated theatres, enabling the delivery of an excellent standard of first-opinion veterinary care.

This opportunity is ideal for a Lead Veterinary Surgeon, Senior Veterinary Surgeon, Clinical Director, Head Vet or experienced Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon with strong clinical skills and a passion for leadership, mentoring and practice development.
