Your responsibilities will include guest welcoming, bespoke service delivery, and supporting premium food and beverage offerings, all while maintaining impeccable safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a warm, polished, and individualized welcome to all guests, setting the tone for a memorable experience.
• Anticipate and exceed guest expectations by providing proactive, customized assistance tailored to their preferences.
• Guide guests from premium lounges to departure gates or aircraft (where applicable), ensuring a smooth and dignified transition.
• Assist with personal belongings and luggage, demonstrating attention to detail and care.
• Handle inquiries, requests, and concerns with diplomacy, efficiency, and a solutions-oriented mindset.

• Maintain a strong, visible presence at reception or concierge areas, offering immediate support to guests.
• Supervise lounge readiness, ensuring spaces are pristine, well-appointed, and aligned with luxury standards.
• Oversee food and beverage service, confirming that all offerings are fresh, properly presented, and fully operational.
• Track and replenish supplies (e.g., refreshments, amenities) to sustain a flawless guest experience.
• Verify guest documentation and assist with customs or travel-related formalities as needed.
• Coordinate flight logistics, including arrival/departure details and guest movement within the terminal.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance terminal operations and overall satisfaction.

• Serve as a brand ambassador, consistently upholding the organization’s values and luxury service culture.
• Maintain a impeccable appearance, adhering to uniform and grooming standards.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of terminal services to inform and assist guests effectively.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support operational excellence.

• Follow established organizational procedures, maintaining accurate records related to role performance.
• Prioritize health and safety, fulfilling duty of care responsibilities in line with company policies.
• Ensure prompt, high-quality responses to guest inquiries and concerns.
• Provide timely and precise communication to line managers upon request.

Key Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent certification (required).
• Valid driver’s license (mandatory).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality, luxury service, or a related field.
• Multilingual skills (preferred but not mandatory).

• Fluent English (written and verbal).
• Proficient in IT tools, including MS Office and basic database management.
• Exceptional communication skills—clear, courteous, and adaptable.
• Meticulous, attentive, and detail-focused with a guest-first mindset.
• Strong multitasking ability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
