The Opportunity An exciting opportunity is available for a Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) to join a calm, fast-growing independent veterinary practice in South West London. The practice places equal importance on patient care and team wellbeing, creating a supportive environment where RVNs can develop their skills and enjoy a healthy work-life balance. The successful Registered Veterinary Nurse will play a hands-on role across nurse consultations, surgery and inpatient care, including anaesthetic monitoring and routine surgical support. There will also be opportunities to run nurse clinics and mentor Veterinary Care Assistants (VCAs), making this an excellent role for an RVN who enjoys variety and supporting others. What They’re Looking For The practice is seeking a confident Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) who is comfortable working sole charge and assisting with routine surgical procedures. Strong communication skills, a calm approach and a genuine passion for high-quality patient and client care are important. Working Pattern & Benefits The practice offers a choice of a 4 or 5-day week, with shared short Saturdays from 9am–2pm. Lunch breaks are protected for a full hour, and the last routine consultation is scheduled one hour before closing, helping the team finish on time.
