The college is looking to appoint a Health and Social Care Lecturer on a full-time temporary basis from 1st September 2026. The successful Health and Social Care Lecturer will teach learners across all levels, delivering engaging lessons and supporting students to develop their knowledge, skills and understanding within Health and Social Care.

The successful Health and Social Care Lecturer will have:

• A recognised teaching qualification
• A relevant Health and Social Care qualification
• Previous experience teaching or lecturing Health and Social Care
• Experience delivering Health and Social Care across a range of levels
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• A positive and inclusive approach to supporting learners
