1:1 ADHD Support Worker – Mainstream Secondary School Milk Education is working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive mainstream secondary school in Knowsley, Liverpool to recruit a dedicated 1:1 ADHD Support Worker to start as soon as possible. This is an excellent opportunity for a compassionate graduate, aspiring SEND professional, or experienced support worker who is passionate about helping young people with ADHD overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential. This role is open to both recent graduates looking to gain valuable experience within education and experienced support professionals seeking their next opportunity. The Role as a 1:1 ADHD Support Worker: As a 1:1 ADHD Support Worker, you will provide tailored support to a student within a mainstream secondary setting, helping them remain engaged in lessons, manage their emotions, develop organisational skills, and build positive relationships with peers and staff. You will work closely with teachers, the SEND department, and pastoral teams to ensure the student receives consistent support throughout the school day.
