📚 What Will You Be Doing?

• Supporting teaching and learning across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
• Delivering 1:1 and small-group interventions.
• Supporting pupils with reading, writing and maths.
• Assisting children with additional learning needs where required.
• Encouraging confidence, engagement and positive learning behaviours.
• Helping teachers prepare engaging classroom activities.
• Building strong relationships with pupils, staff and parents.
• Contributing to a positive and inclusive learning environment.

👀 We're Looking For Graduates Who:

• Hold a degree (2:2 or above preferred).
• Have recent experience working with children or young people.
• Are passionate about education and child development.
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Are proactive, reliable and adaptable.
• Are considering a future career in teaching or education.
• Have volunteering, placement, tutoring, coaching or childcare experience.

This role is paid within the advertised pay scale. Your starting rate will be determined by your qualifications, relevant experience, and the requirements of the assignment.
