We are looking to recruit a SEND Teaching Assistant to work on a day-to-day basis from September, with long-term opportunities available for the right SEND Teaching Assistant. The successful SEND Teaching Assistant will support students on a one-to-one and small group basis, deliver tailored interventions, and work closely with teaching staff to encourage positive engagement and progress. This SEND Teaching Assistant role is ideal for someone who is patient, adaptable, and confident working within specialist educational settings.

The successful SEND Teaching Assistant will have:

• Experience supporting children or young people with SEND
• Strong communication and behaviour management skills
• The ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
• A patient, resilient, and flexible approach
• Experience within an education, SEND, or care setting
• A proactive attitude towards supporting learning and development
