Press Operator

Location: Alcester
Pay: £13.20 per hour
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 6:30am to 4:45pm
Working Hours: 39 hours per week

We are seeking a reliable Press Operator to join a well-established manufacturing company in Redditch.

This practical role suits candidates who thrive in a manufacturing setting and are confident handling machinery, manual tasks, and meeting production targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare materials for production
• Operate presses safely and efficiently
• Unload finished products safely
• Perform mould changes
• Finish products to the required quality standards
• Pack products ready for collection
• Adhere to all Health & Safety regulations
• Carry out manual handling tasks
• Achieve productivity targets to meet customer demand

About You

We are looking for candidates who are:

• Comfortable working in a hands-on manufacturing environment
• Able to follow processes and Health & Safety procedures diligently
• Capable of manual handling responsibilities
• Reliable and committed to meeting production targets
• Team players who collaborate effectively
• Motivated to learn and develop within a manufacturing role

Previous experience in press operation or manufacturing would be advantageous.
