The school provides education for secondary-aged students and is looking for a confident and adaptable individual who can maintain a positive learning environment.

The school is looking for a Cover Supervisor for day-to-day or long-term roles from September, providing general cover across different subject departments throughout KS3 and KS4. The successful Cover Supervisor will be expected to deliver pre-prepared work, manage classroom behaviour effectively and ensure students remain engaged with their learning.

The successful Cover Supervisor will have:

• A relevant qualification or degree is desirable
• Experience working with students across KS3 and KS4
• Experience providing classroom or general cover within a secondary school
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management
• Strong communication skills
• A flexible and adaptable approach to working across different subjects
