Milk Education is working with a welcoming primary school in Whickham, seeking a dedicated Student Engagement Mentor to join their team from September. This is a rewarding opportunity to support students both inside and outside the classroom, helping them overcome barriers to learning, improve attendance and behaviour, and achieve their full potential. Student Engagement Mentor – Role OverviewAs a Student Engagement Mentor, you will work closely with students who require additional pastoral and behavioural support. You will build positive relationships, encourage engagement with learning, and provide one-to-one and small group mentoring to help students develop confidence, resilience, and positive attitudes towards education. Working alongside teachers and the wider school team, you will play a key role in promoting student wellbeing, improving behaviour, and supporting academic success.
