Salary: £95 - £130 per day

TeacherActive are working with mainstream secondary schools in Worcestershire that are needing a Cover Supervisors from September to support them on a flexible, day-to-day supply basis.

The successful Cover Supervisor will be responsible for delivering pre-planned lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, managing classroom behaviour, and ensuring students remain engaged with their learning throughout the school day.

The successful Cover Supervisor will have:

• Experience working with young people in an educational setting
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Confidence delivering pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• The ability to adapt quickly to different classroom environments
• A positive and proactive attitude
