Milk Education are working in partnership with a successful and inclusive secondary school in Leeds to recruit a dedicated Pastoral Assistant to join their pastoral team. This is an excellent opportunity for an Aspiring Psychologist who is passionate about supporting young people, understanding behaviour and helping students overcome barriers to learning. The successful Pastoral Assistant will work closely with students across Key Stages 3 and 4, providing targeted pastoral and emotional support to improve wellbeing, engagement, behaviour and academic outcomes. This role would be particularly suited to graduates or aspiring professionals looking to gain valuable experience before progressing into Educational Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Counselling, Mental Health, SEN, Social Work or Youth Work. As a Pastoral Assistant, you will play a key role in developing positive relationships with students and helping them feel understood, supported and able to thrive within a nurturing school environment.
