The Role

• Lead the day-to-day kitchen operation.
• Create fresh, commercially successful menus.
• Deliver breakfast from 8:00am-10:00am.
• Deliver lunch from 12:00pm-2:00pm.
• Manage menu costings, ordering and stock control.
• Manage team holidays and kitchen cover.
• Maintain excellent allergen and food safety compliance.
• Drive food quality, consistency and presentation.
• Build a strong relationship with the client.

About You

• Chef Manager or experienced Head Chef.
• Strong Contract Catering or Business & Industry background.
• Excellent fresh food and menu development skills.
• Confident with food costs, ordering and stock management.
• Strong knowledge of allergens and food safety.
• Organised and comfortable working within a compact kitchen.
• Personable, professional and client focused.
• Ambitious and keen to develop your career.
